We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@plorysanthor.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. After the cooling-off period, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials within 24 hours. Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed. We reserve the right to update course content and delivery methods.
